SHIPPING & DUTIES
SHIPPING
- We ship worldwide from France.
- Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days.
- Delivery times depend on the destination country and shipping method:
- Europe: 3–7 business days
- United States: 5–12 business days
- Other international destinations: 7–20 business days
- Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs procedures, local holidays, or carrier delays.
- Customers will receive a tracking number once the order has been dispatched.
CUSTOMS, DUTIES & TAXES
- All prices on our website include French VAT, where applicable.
- Import duties, taxes, tariffs, or any customs fees imposed by your country are the responsibility of the customer.
- These fees are not included in the product price or shipping cost and must be paid directly to your local customs office or courier in order to receive your parcel.
- If you have any doubt about the amount of tariffs or import taxes, please contact your local customs office directly for information. NorieM is not responsible for providing or managing these charges.
- Failure to pay customs fees may result in:
- The parcel being returned to us at the customer’s expense, including any shipping and customs fees incurred, or
- The parcel being destroyed by the carrier.
- Please note: NorieM will not cover any costs in either case, as these situations are beyond our control.
- By placing an order, you confirm that you accept responsibility for all customs duties and taxes applicable in your country.
IMPORTANT NOTES
- Please note that if you choose not to pay the import duties, your parcel may be returned or destroyed by customs, and we will be unable to issue a refund.
- We strongly recommend checking your local customs regulations before placing an order.
RETURNS AND REFUNDS
- Returns are accepted only if the product is unused and in its original packaging.
- Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, including any customs fees or taxes paid when the parcel was delivered and shipped back.
- To receive a refund, the item must be returned in the exact condition in which it was shipped.
- Refunds are processed after the item has been received and inspected.
- Please note: The seller will not cover any costs associated with returns, regardless of the reason.
LOST OR DELAYED PARCELS
- Once the order has been shipped, delivery times and customs processing are beyond our control.
- If a parcel is lost or delayed, please contact us, and we will assist in opening a claim with the courier.
