Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

LEGAL GUARANTEE OF CONFORMITY AND HIDDEN DEFECTS
We are required to deliver to you a conforming product and to respond for any lack of conformity existing at the time of delivery but also for any lack of conformity of the packaging under the terms of article L217-4 of the Consumer Code.
In the event of a lack of conformity, you have the choice between the repair and the replacement of the product. However, the presumption of existence of the lack of conformity at the time of delivery is limited to a period of twenty-four months. If repair and replacement of the products are impossible, you have the option of returning the product and having the price refunded or keeping it and having part of the price refunded.
DAMAGES AND ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
EXCEPTIONS / NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
We cannot accept returns on sales items and gift cards.

EXCHANGES
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. Sale items are not exchangeable.
EUROPEAN UNION 14 DAY COOLING OFF PERIOD
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
RETURN AN ITEM
If any of the items you have ordered are unsuitable, please inform us within 14 days of receipt by sending an email at contact@noriem.fr. Please include your order number, description of the item you wish to return and the tracking number of the return parcel.
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. For example if your date of receipt is the 1st of February, you can return the product and contact us by 15th of February.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and with tags.
Repack it in its original packaging or in secure, waterproof packaging with the tags still attached to the products. You will also need to attach the receipt or proof of purchase.
REFUNDS
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method (excluding delivery fees of the returned product) within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
